As most of you know Dr. Yolin passed away very suddenly on July 11, 2009. He was fully engaged in his practice, loved his patients, and was constantly learning and expanding his knowledge of integrative dentistry. This is a very difficult time for his family and friends.

Dr. Yolin would be very pleased to know that Dr. Iveta Iontcheva-Barehmi, who is devoted to continue and expand his legacy, will be available to take care of his patients. This letter will serve as an introduction until Dr. Iontcheva-Barehmi has an opportunity to meet you in person.

Dr. Barehmi has an extensive background in integrative dentistry, excellent clinical skills and warm, compassionate personality. In addition Dr. Iontcheva-Barehmi has published multiple scientific studies in the area of molecular biology and oral medicine in peer reviewed medical and dental journals.

As recognition of her outstanding scientific knowledge, practical clinical skills and caring personal style, Dr. Iontcheva-Barehmi was honored by The Consumers’ Research Council of America as Top American Dentist for 2009.

Dr. Iontcheva-Barehmi received her first degree in Medicine and Dentistry as well as Masters of Science in Public Health at Medical Academy, School of Dentistry Sofia, Bulgaria. After she immigrated to USA in 1992, she undertook extensive training at Boston University, School of Dental Medicine where she was awarded Doctor of Science Degree in Oral Biology and Periodontolgy, Specialty in Periodontology and Implants and DMD degree to practice dentistry in Massachusetts.

Dr. Iontcheva-Barehmi is highly trained and proficient in all areas of preventive, restorative, surgical and biological (metal & mercury free) dentistry. Most of the procedures in her office are assisted by lasers including Biolase MD. In addition Dr. Barehmi performs techniques of alternative healing to ensure holistic approach toward treating her patients.
