Dear Dr. Yolin,
I just wanted to give you an update on
Marek. We can't thank you enough for what you have done for
him. To give you some background, Marek was diagnosed with
Chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS) in
the summer of 2002 after six month period of intensive testing
by various medical establishments starting with his GP at the
Derry Medical Center . Then a series of recommended specialists,
such as the Center for Diseases in Concord, NH; allergists
from both New Hampshire and Massachusetts; nutritionists; psychiatric
counselors; and Boston Children's Hospital. They had no course
of treatment for him. Most thought it was psychosomatic.
CFIDS, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), myalgic
encephalomyelitis (ME) and by other names, is a complex and
debilitating chronic illness that affects the brain and multiple
body systems. There is extensive information on this disease
at www.cfids.org.
We suspected the diagnosis was a guess, as at that time
we desperately needed a label for his illness and this was
the best they came up with. Marek was down to 90 pounds and
resembled a Holocaust victim. He could no longer attend high
school and spent his days sleeping or watching TV. Previously
an avid reader, he could no longer focus his attention on reading.
Marek has not attended school due to his illness since the
middle of ninth grade, and has been completing 3 courses a
year through a tutor. He would have graduated high school this
week if he had not gotten ill. He started to help at his Dad's
office since January 2005 as he felt he needed to earn some
pocket money. He only has been able to go in 1 day a week for
3 hours.
We lost our faith in the medical establishment, so we went
through a 4 month period of trying every holistic healing method
or healer we came across in advertising, health food stores
and recommendations. By sheer luck we came across a doctor
who practices anthroposophical medicine. With his treatment,
Marek was able to eliminate all prescription medicines, gain
weight and attend tutoring for his studies through strict diet.
He taught us a lot. There came a point, though, where we realized
he had done all he could for Marek.
We were unsuccessful in finding another
doctor that could help until seeing you, Dr. Yolin, in June
2005. At our first visit, Marek was fitted for the Miracle
Bite Tabs and we rented the laser kit for 10 days to treat
Dental Distress Syndrome. The results have been so good.
Since our visit first visit 5 days ago,
Marek has said he hasn't felt this well in so long he can't
remember. He said, "I
had set the goal when Dad first hired me that I would come
into work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and take off
Saturday thru Monday. I haven't been able to do that before,
this week I can do it and it feels great."
Marek also had a headache when he woke up wed morning and
decided to try the laser to see if it would help. After completing
the whole scan he does with the laser the headache was gone
and he was ready to go to work.
We're really confident that if things continue like this,
he is going to be able to go to school this fall. I've been
having a hard time sleeping just with the excitement that something
is finally working and Marek will be able to recover and live
a normal life. Every day he looks and feels better. God bless
you doctor!
Sincerely,
D.R. New Hampshire
Same Patient - 2 Years Later!
Dear Dr. Yolin,
It was so nice to speak to you.
Hard to believe its been 2 years since we met. Health is a
precious gift, and you have made it possible for Marek to improve
and lead a normal, fulfiling life. Whenever you get discouraged
in your battle to inform other professionals of your knowledge,
remember what a difference you have made in one family's life!
Since your treatments for dental distress
syndrome with the Miracle Bite Tabs and the low level laser
treatment that so helped his immune system, then subsequent
jaw alignment and orthodontic work with the orthodontist, Dr. Burke, you
found for Marek in Londonderry, NH. I remember you said you
needed to find an orthodontist who would be willing to attempt
to achieve the bite height that helped him from the tabs. Marek's
life has been transformed beyond all expectations.
Prior to your treatment, we did not know if Marek would even
be able to graduate from high school due to his poor health.
His battle with CFIDS made even getting out of bed a struggle
for him. His weight dropped alarmingly, and traditional medical
treatments from our general practitioner, countless specialists
and even the Boston Children's Hospital, were not successful.
Since then, life has changed for Marek.
Let me give you some
brief highlights:
Marek has consistently completed each semester
of his junior and senior years with Highest Honors. We've even
gotten a call from his guidance counselor that there is a chance
he will graduate
Summa Cum Laude this June.
During this past summer he held an internship
with the Derry Chamber of Commerce. Marek also has a part time
job as a daycare counselor for after school care in Derry.
Marek has also just been accepted for internship this
summer as economic assistant to one of the foremost economic
advisors for the state of NH.
Marek has been accepted to Southern New Hampshire University
this fall and will attend there for 2 years, then transfer to
Bentley College. His chosen major is Economics with a minor in
Forensic Acounting.
Attached is a photo of Marek accepting
a college scholarship and plaque from the Salem Exchange Club,
an organization that fosters leadership and overcoming great
difficulty. Marek gave a speech about his illness, chronic
fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), how it
has taught him to accept challenge in his life and what his
future plans are. There was not a dry eye in the house.
I welcome any inquiries
for anyone who is wondering if they
can be helped in their own health issues through the treatment
of Dental Distress Syndrome. The two of you (You and Dr. Burke) have
been life savers or our family, and I feel this world would be
a better place if more dentists would learn your treatments and
your approach overall health.
Thank you again. Please give my regards to your staff.
Much
love, Debbie
I was in college when I started getting
tension in my neck and shoulders. I had tried yoga, stretching, dietary changes,
and countless backrubs and massages to get rid of this pain! Years
later, I noticed that my neck, shoulder, and jaw aches had become
the last thing I was thinking about before I fell asleep and
the first thing I thought of when I woke up in the morning. It
had truly become a chronic pain. I decided that I was determined
not to “grin and bear it” any longer.
I tried mouth guards at night, more stretching,
more yoga, and more massages. Nothing worked for more than a couple of
hours. Finally, I researched online for an expert in TMJ
in the Boston area and I came across Dr. Yolin’s website. He
offered a consultation at a very reasonable fee? Sure,
why not – I had literally tried everything else. Turns
out - it was worth more then one could ever imagine.
In my first visit, Dr. Yolin told me more
about my mouth than I ever thought possible. He could see from my facial features
that there were certain underdevelopments in my upper jaw that
were affecting my bite and causing my pain. He informed
me of dietary changes that might help alter my genetics for my
own children in the future to help them avoid the same problem.
This is based on the work of Dr. Weston A. Price.
Most importantly, Dr. Yolin determined
I had Dental Distress Syndrome and that the Miracle Bite Tabs
and a low-level laser would be a way to prove to me that he
could eliminate my pain. Did
he ever. Since I went into the office over 5 months ago,
I have not had a day of pain. It is truly magic! I
am now 27 and moving toward a pain-free future. I am now in the
process of moving to a second phase of my treatment so as not
to need to wear the appliances 24/7.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Yolin.
S.S., Massachusetts
Last year I found Dr. Yolin from the internet. I was desperate
because of jaw pain. I could not chew without pain. I had been
to a few dentists and tried different bite guards that did not
help me. I was in the Chicago area and Dr.Yolin was in Massachusetts.
I had even purchased another brand of cold laser, but was not
having any relief and spent a lot of money. Before Dr.Yolin examined
my mouth he asked many questions and was adamant that he did
not want to hear the other doctor’s opinions about what
was wrong. They did not help me and did not want to cloud his
thinking with their opinions, but promised he would listen after
he completed his exam. Throughout this experience I felt his
genuine desire to do whatever it took to help me and felt that
he was incredibly knowledgeable about my affliction. I did not
want to spend more money because nothing had helped me before,
but Dr.Yolin was able to get me comfortable with a popsicle stick
and his cold laser. In just a few minutes he was able to temporarily
stop the pain from the jaw movement, lessened the clicking, and
this experience gave me new hope I had not felt for months. He
then made me a set of Miracle Bite Tabs and sent me home with
an appointment the next day. I then purchased the same laser
he was using. I quickly learned that different lasers have different
results. I ended up having a wonderful night’s sleep and
felt a lot of hope. His being many miles away made my choices
for treatment difficult. He would not refer me because he needed
to be sure whomever he referred me to would do what he felt I
definitely needed. We eventually moved to phase II treatment
and I am now very comfortable although I need the phase II appliance
as a crutch.
It is a full year since Dr. Yolin first helped
me when I finally decided to see him again because I knew I needed
an adjustment. In one visit I could visualize his brain interpreting
my complaints and making a decision that has now given me incredible
relief. He used the laser, adjusted something and i was on my
way. He found me a dentist who he knows is equipped to take me
to a final stage when I am ready and that I can drive to in less
then an hour. I feel so good I am inclined to delay the treatment,
but he hopes I will do what I truly need because I am a senior
citizen and I should complete the treatment while I have good
health. I am very understanding of the relationship of good dental
health to overall health throughout my body. I tell him over
and over how wonderful and caring he is and how thankful I am
for him. I want the world to know about him and his expertise.
If this testimonial helps one person, it will be worth the effort
of telling my story. He has a dental consulting company and is
willing to teach other dentists what he does. His ability to
get relief in minutes using what he calls “correct wavelengths
of energy“, is a miracle to me. All the other dentists
told me where they would put the jaw without any concerns about
the tight jaw muscles. Dr.Yolin told me that the jaw would tell
us where it should be once we give it a chance to go where it
wanted to go when relaxed and I was comfortable. His laser relaxed
the muscles and stopped the click in minutes. God bless you,
Dr.Yolin. The dental world needs to listen to you. E.L.

“I had significant decay under an old filling, and my dentist
needed to drill close to the nerve to replace the filling. He
introduced me to the Q-1000 with the 660 Enhancer as
an alternative to Novocain™ for this procedure, and
I agreed to give it a try. He lasered the tooth and then started
drilling. I heard the drill but felt absolutely no pain or discomfort!
After the procedure, he lasered the tooth again to help the healing
process. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort with this “Novocain-free” process!

“I had been experiencing severe tension headaches and
TMJ pain . I was unable to complete simple household
chores. I was fitted with Miracle Bite Tabs TM and had the
Q-1000 Low Level Laser applied to my jaw. Within 10 minutes
I felt the jaw release. I have not felt any pain since, and
it has been over two years!” - D.W., MA
I have been a patient of Dr. Yolin's for several years and he
has tried all the traditional methods to alleviate my migraines – which
were occurring almost daily. A few years ago, when he learned about
the Dental Distress Syndrome he tried that approach – fitting bite
tabs and using the Q100 laser – all without success. He was puzzled
as to why I was not helped, but didn't give up - even though I
believed I would always need that dreadful medication. He was convinced
that something with my jaw to skull relationship, as he called
it, was the cause. About two years later from when he first tried
to help me with his new approach, he said that he had learned more
about the syndrome and something about too much space between my
upper and lower teeth during speaking and when my jaw relaxed,
causing my jaw to close too far in order to touch my upper teeth
- he could not understand why the laser did not help me. Recently
he switched to the Q1000 and a different mode while bonding the
white filling material to my teeth.
He then used two different sets of tabs, one for day and one for
night, before adding more bonding material to my teeth. I have
much less soreness when he touches certain muscles and hope to
give up the bite tabs entirely.
The result is that I can now chew on both sides and have only
had two migraines in the past four weeks.
On my last visit, I jokingly said to Dr. Yolin ‘well, you are
curing my migraines – but what about my arthritis'? Without more
ado, he attached a probe to the laser and asked me which joint
was worst. My right index finger had become stiff and it was painful
to write, as I was unable to bend the finger. I was told I could
try using the light energy on the joint (3 minutes at a time) each
joint - I am now able to bend the finger!! It is also less painful
to write. Subsequently, I purchased the laser.
Dr. Yolin sees all problems as a challenge and
has infinite patience. These results are very exciting to me and
I look forward to further laser use on my face muscles and index
finger – plus working on
other painful joints! M.E.L . Massachusetts
I have owned the entire Q1000 pack for about one
year and have used it successfully for many issues. What
I am so grateful for is the healing response and pain free response
after having had an external sinus lift prior to my getting an
implant later this year. I was told the process can be somewhat
uncomfortable at best, to painful and expect to take pain meds. I
never had any pain nor did I take any meds. Even the puffiness
was less and went away very quickly. I used the Q1000
on the face and the 660 blue probe in the mouth on the wound site
itself. Thank you Dr. Yolin for helping me overcome my extreme
fear, for leading me to this technology, and encouraging the implant to
finally solve this dental dilemma without a removable appliance.

Dear Dr. Yolin,
I am gratefully writing to thank you for recommending
the Miracle Bite Tabs and low level laser technology. The improvement
of my attention and concentration abilities has now been sustained
for 9 months! Within twenty-four hours of you applying the laser
technology and my use of the Miracle Bites I stopped taking Ritalin.
I now understand what normal concentration is, and believe I would
have been a much better student in my childhood if I had access
to these approaches. My jaw feels more relaxed. I've also stopped
performing inverted yoga postures I learned as a certified yoga
instructor ten years ago because now I experience daily much better
blood circulation into my head.
I enjoy informing colleagues and friends in the fields of medicine,
education, and mental health about your application of these remarkable
inventions. Again, thank you for guiding me towards self-sustaining
greater health.
Fondly,
R.B.
Thought this
story could seem too bizarre to be true, this is what happened
to me in the last year and a half and it is nothing but the truth.
In summary, one year and a half ago, I was a happy, friendly,
strong, healthy, professional woman. On March 2005, I started a
dental treatment with a “prestigious” cosmetic dentist
and ended up in constant pain for more than one year and developed
several diseases, including an awful neuralgia and severe depression.
It is amazing how an entire person’s life can change so much
in such a short period of time for something apparently so harmless.
At the very worst moment when I just wanted to die because I could
not stand the constant excruciating pain anymore, I found Dr. Yolin
and he literally saved my life. He listened to me, understood me,
cared about me as a whole person, not just my mouth, and with his
great expertise and knowledge he figured out immediately what caused
all the problems and helped me to get rid of the pain for the first
time in months. After that, he tried different approaches and solutions
to solve the problem permanently and he never gave up. This is
something remarkable and unusual since a lot of doctors prefer
not to treat “difficult cases” to avoid problems. With
his kindness and immense patience to deal with patients with pain
who are usually in a very bad mood, Dr. Yolin tries and tries until
he finds the solution. What Dr. Yolin does is not just high-quality
dental practice but a holistic approach to the health of the entire
individual, and this makes a big difference, physically and emotionally,
and has a great impact in the well being of his patients.
I could never thank him enough for all what he has done
for me, because thanks to him I am able to enjoy life again, something
that seemed totally impossible to me 6 months ago. He is not just
the best dentist I have ever met but a great human being, which
is even better.
I should have written this story long time ago, but it was so
painful and traumatic for me to go through all these memories again
that I kept procrastinating until now. I am now free
of pain and I have the strength and courage to write this because
I think it might help other people who are suffering as much as
I did.
Here is the whole story in detail:
I had veneers on my 8 front teeth that never caused me any problems.
On March 2005, one of the veneers fell off. I went to a “very
prestigious” dentist in the Massachusetts area who is an
accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry
and, instead of changing this one veneer, he strongly suggested
me to replace all them for crowns and assured me that in that way
I will never have problems again with broken veneers. He also told
me that nowadays crowns are made of new strong ceramics, they are
not bulky, very thin, do not have the metal ring that old crowns
had, feel exactly as your own teeth, look like very natural and
would last 20-30 years, so I should considered as a long-term investment.
He told me that I will be very pleased and very happy with the
results. Needless to say that the price was astronomic, but I thought
that my health is the most important thing and I should do this
big effort (and get in debt for several years). I trusted him because
I thought the investment was worth it since I was having the best
treatment and expertise (I could not be more wrong!!!!!). In retrospect,
I think this was a very unethical advice because now I know that
crowns are used to protect teeth that are severely damaged, but
not to destroy healthy ones (as he did with me), and also because
he never told me about all the problems that crowns might cause
(or at least that they cause in his hands!). In the unluckiest
day of my life, I decided to trust him and go ahead and replace
them: the biggest mistake I made in my entire life.
What followed was 14 months of intense pain and suffering because
of the incompetence of this dentist. The story is quite long and
complicated. I told him numerous times that the crowns should be
the same size and shape as the veneers because if they were bigger
or longer I would have problems speaking or chewing. He did not
pay any attention to what I told him and made the crowns huge,
bulky, and with a very weird shape, which change the whole bite.
Worst of all, he glued permanently right away without testing if
they were comfortable or were the right size (now I know that any
dentist in the world would do that). The result was that I
could not speak correctly, could not close my mouth, I could not
sleep, I was in awful pain in the mouth and the whole face because
of the pressure between them (they were very large), the crowns
were hitting the lower teeth all the time, and I looked like a
horse. In the next 6-7 visits he had to shorten all of them but
just to a certain point because he was afraid they would break
since they were permanently glued. Then, he did something that
has caused me an incredible amount of health problems: he shortened
some of my lower teeth to avoid the crowns hit with them.
After that I developed a lot of pain in the
gums and teeth and also in the whole face. One of the crowns
was very badly designed and caused me an excruciating pain from
the gum crossing all my face to my eye and causing me a neuralgia
around the eye area, similar to a migraine, that did not go away
with any medication. He changed this crown several times (6 temporary
and 3 permanent crowns) without any improvement. I had to go
to a specialist in orofacial pain because the neuralgia was constant
and intolerable. All these months (almost a year) this dentist
never cared about my pain at all, never gave me any medication,
never referred me to an specialist who were less clueless than
him, nothing at all. He just cared about his ego and made delusional
comments that he was an artist of the mouth, that I was “his masterpiece of
art in progress” and compare himself with Michelangelo!
At the same time that all this happened, I started having pain
in all my upper and lower teeth in the back, which have no crowns
at all. He told me that this pain was caused by the ceramic fillings
I have and that I should change all of them for metal ones. I totally
refused because I do not want to have any metal or mercury in my
mouth and body.
The extreme physical pain and stress that
I suffered all these 14 months dealing with this incompetent
dentist and the amount of narcotics that I took for the pain
in the teeth and around the eye caused me a chronic insomnia
and a severe depression. All these months I was suffering the
pain I was blaming myself for making the worst decision of my
life, asking myself why I did not go to another doctor, why I
agreed to this disaster. Feeling guilty just made things worse.
So in just one year I felt I aged 10 years, I had several diseases,
lived in constant pain, didn’t enjoy
absolutely anything I did, my professional performance was not
good (it is hard to concentrate when you are in pain or using narcotics),
I was very moody because of the pain, very depressed, and didn’t
know what to do with my life. I ended up in a hospital and, fortunately,
I was helped by a great group of psychologists and psychiatrists
at the Depression Unit who told me that it was not my fault at
all, but medical malpractice. They told me that I should try to
get rid of the pain immediately and restore normal sleep in order
to get better.
Then I remembered that I read in a local
paper that Dr. Yolin does not use metal fillings and I decided
to see him to change my fillings (I thought that was the cause
of the pain in all my back teeth according to the infamous “prestigious” dentist).
Dr Yolin listened to me carefully, understood me, helped me to
calm down (I was crying and could not even breathe properly), and
told me right away that the pain was caused by a TMJ problem most
likely generated by changes in my bite, and these changes could
be caused by the dental work done. He took records and determined
that the bite I came to him with was collapsed and that I was overclosed. He
called it a loss of posterior vertical dimension and gave me information
to read about this. He asked me if the other dentist had
ground my teeth (yes, he did!) and I showed him where. The
models of before and after that I have show the collapse of the
vertical dimension because Dr. Yolin is able to measure a distance
from upper and lower that has changed from before and after the
dental treatment. Dr. Yolin also told me there was nothing
wrong with my ceramic fillings and I did not need to change them.
Indeed, I did not change the fillings and I do not have pain now
in my upper and lower jaws thanks to his help and treatment.
Dr. Yolin tried the miracle tabs that I had
to wear at night and the low energy laser to relax the jaw muscles.
Almost immediately the pain became much more tolerable and after
several days with the tabs it was almost gone and the neuralgia
was not chronic. During the last 4-6 months, he has tried several
things to help me get rid of the pain for ever and has managed
to fix the problem with the crown that caused me so much pain.
Currently, I have no pain and Dr. Yolin has started to change
the previous crowns, which have metal inside (the “prestigious dentist” lied
to me in this also!). I know it is going to be a long time until
all this process ends, but I am confident because I trust in his
knowledge and expertise. And most of all, because I am not in pain
now and this makes a huge difference in the way one perceives the
challenges and the future.
I know how awful and long a day can be in
pain: 24 entire hours of pain, 60 minutes of pain in each hour,
60 seconds of pain in each minute. There is a moment you cannot
deal with it anymore, a moment you want to give up everything
because life becomes a torture. I encourage you not to give up.
Look for a solution. Think about trying with Dr. Yolin. He might
have a solution for you, or if he cannot help you (I don’t
think so), at least you would have met with a unique dentist
who cares about you as a person, as a human being, not just one
more case, one more mouth, one more bill.
Thank you, Dr. Yolin. It is a sunny and beautiful
day for me again!

P.S. I can be contacted though Dr. Yolin if anybody has questions
for me.
“Kasandra's story"
This is the very first time I am making this account
of my life for myself and now for a public. For a long time already, my
growing up years and twenties, has been feeling truly like another
lifetime and now the twenty years which has followed are also coming
to its conclusion.
I was enjoying relatively good for nearly
fifteen years in year 1999. In year 2000, my health for
some unidentified reason started declining quite rapidly. At
first, I got shingles. Then, I was experiencing new symptoms
all related to imbalances in the whole endocrine system like
adrenaline exhaustion, sluggish thyroid, growths in ovaries and
breasts, insomnia, congestion and pressure in the head,
hypoglycemia, prediabetic and heart illness symptoms.
I became unable to eat any cooked food, since my body was
not producing its own enzymes any more. Also later, by
year 2002, all my illnesses from first thirty years of my
life started coming back. My whole body was hurting again.
I was in constant pain and exhausted all the time. All
of that was very unwelcome "deja vu". Since
nothing seemed to work, I was slowly giving up on this whole
physical experience and was loosing my will to live.
In October 2003, I experienced an excruciating
earache in the right ear. While in pain, I broke my
molar and ended up in the dentist's office. That was the very
first time I learned that there was a big, big problem with
my TM joint and the way my jaw was positioned. I was completely
unaware of the situation, since the way my jaw was,
was the only way I knew.
Conventional medicine solution was the series of
painful operations involving
TM joint and jaw itself. Those TMJ and dental procedures were
going to include months of enduring the breaking
and reshaping of the jaw's bones. And each time, changes
were going to be, for the most part and at the best, an educated
guess with a lot of pain, force and invasiveness present. Since
I was already very familiar with being in plenty of
pain and since I had very bad experiences, in the past, with
what was offered by conventional medical methods, that
solution was completely unacceptable. And since working on
my own teeth was a practical impossibility,
I needed to find somebody else to help me.
That "somebody else" turned out to be
Dr. Herbert Yolin. After the first treatment with the resonating
laser's light and
putting in MiracleBites, the pretty much constant, at that time, migraine
headaches were gone. Also my TM joint, which was in the spasm
all these years, started unlocking itself and moving into
it's new and more balanced place. Over the course of months and
increasing the height of my teeth the other ill symptoms where
disappearing. I was feeling better and better.
It is February 2005 and my body is still in the
process of moving and adjusting to the final height of my teeth.
After getting my second set of temporary teeth I can now eat
any cooked food I want, without getting sick and vomiting
it a few hours later, because of my body's inability
to digest it. I also do not have symptoms of the previous hormonal
imbalances any more. My whole body and my whole being feels
pretty good nowadays.
And there is nothing better then feeling good.
This is a very first time in fifty years of my
life I have a complete opportunity, without the limitations
of mechanical misalignment of my jaw, to live my life in the perfect
health without any illness. Twenty years ago, I turned my life
around 180 degrees and began walking
the path of healing. I really, really wanted to know how does it
feel to be truly healthy. During that time I also heard saying
that the greatest joy is the joy of healing and I wanted to
feel that too. Both those desires are becoming everyday manifested
reality... So thank you, one more time, Dr. Yolin and everyone
else along the path. Today is the very first day of the rest of
my life. And all is well.
Much love,
Kasandra
P. S. At the end of this story and as a background, here
is the timetable and the list of illness related events in
the first thirty years of Kasandra's life:
> from the time she was a baby and for the next twenty years
she was daily abused by both parents and the abuse included
sexual, emotional, mental and physical; she was unwanted pregnancy
and she was treated accordingly especially by her mother; for
the first thirty years of her life she was
immersed in the environment of anger, shame and violence.
> she was grinding the teeth since baby; also had chronic
low grade fever, tonsillitis and earaches; she was deficient in
minerals, so she was biting her nails and eating dirt and
cement walls when needed.
> at 3 she watched her father chasing her mother with a
big knife and mother was using her child as a protective shield.
> she had fallen down from the 2nd story at age 4; she
also was injected with the double dose of small pox vaccine which
was almost fatal.
> at 5 she watched her father nearly drowning in
the Baltic Sea right in front of her.
> at 6 she could not write like the rest of children,
because severe pain in her wrists and other areas of
body; she was wearing supports on her wrists for the next 15 years;
she was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; she was also
excused by doctors from any physical activities and classes in
her 17 years of schooling because of the condition of her heart.
> at 10 she had discovered self-cutting, as a way of dealing
with emotional and physical pain, and for the next 10 years she
did that and was hiding scars under the wrists supports; at 20
she switched to another pain relieving and high giving activity
of smoking, as a more
socially acceptable behavior.
> at 15 she attempted suicide and she was diagnosed with the
clinical depression; she was also told, that she was
allergic to penicillin and within next few years she became allergic
to the rest of antibiotics.
> at 18, in one particular beating she felt a quite damage
done to the right side of her head; she got astigmatism and lost
some of the vision.
> at age 20 she lost two pregnancies; soon after,
her teeth got an epidemic of cavities, with a majority of cavities in
the upper front teeth and she also got painful,
toxin filled cysts mostly on the right side of the face; that
traumatic period and learning that her husband turned
out to be another abusive person
in her life (who else could she chose?) caused
the nervous breakdown for which she was hospitalized.
> at age 22 she was both gang raped and by the the policeman
who she asked for help; instead he kept her captive for three
days.
> at age 26, her freedom was in danger again; this time from
totalitarian Polish authorities, because she was expressing her dislike
of their actions; she had to leave country as quickly as possible; she
had escaped, Russian occupied Communist Poland, by bribing polish
KGB officer to get passport and she went to the refuge camp
in Austria with her husband; she left her whole life behind, not
even knowing if she ever be able to come back at least for a
visit.
> at age 27 she arrived in USA , with two suitcases, as
a political refuge; she did not know English at that time
so, she was starting over in every each way, including leaving
her husband.
> at age 29 she was diagnosed with all kinds of allergies, fibromyalgia,
chronic fatigue and nearly fatal, at that time, systemic
Candida.
> at age 30 she has made a fundamental choice to be healthy
and started her journey of healing.
And the rest is a history.... Everyone, starting with and including
myself, is already and long time ago, forgiven... Not having to
guard any shame or secrets any longer, as well, feels
good, light and free.
